As Reis Elektrik, we deliver all phases of due diligence, pricing, bidding, installation and testing for your Medium Voltage Energy Transportation works with our expert engineers, technical personnel and equipment, within the required deadlines.

Medium voltage networks are used to connect high and very high voltage networks with low voltage networks. Transferring high voltage energies directly to the transmission networks, that is, directly to the subscribers, is not suitable for both isolation and security. For this reason, the high voltage is reduced to suitable values with the operations performed on the high voltage networks and it is connected to the medium voltage networks. Medium voltage networks are generally used to transport electrical energy to small cities and industrial areas. Medium voltage lines are connected to the distribution transformers located at the city entrances and are given to the subscribers from there.

In our country, 10, 15 and 33 kV voltages are used in medium voltage networks. Medium voltages are determined according to the length of the energy transmission lines used. Voltages of 3 to 10 kV are used for lines up to 10 km long, 10 to 20 kV for lines between 20 and 30 km, and 20 to 35 kV for lines between 30 and 70 km. Higher voltages are used on longer lines.
